Our hyaluronic peel combines the benefits of gluconolactone and hyaluronic acid to provide a synergistic exfoliation in a slow-drying gel formula. Polyhydroxy acids have a relatively large molecular mass, which allows them to gradually penetrate the skin layer by layer. This gentle approach removes dead skin cells without causing irritation.

Gluconolactone is a natural antioxidant that is just as effective as vitamins C and E. It also blocks the synthesis of pro- interleukin-1, which is responsible for inflammation. Additionally, gluconolactone’s ability to transfer water molecules plays a central role in skin hydration. When water enters the granular layer of the skin, it causes a decline in calcium ions concentration, which signals the body to stimulate lipid synthesis in keratinocytes.

Gluconolactone, a polyhydroxy acid (PHA), is a milder form of alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that offers a more gentle exfoliation compared to other AHAs. This makes it ideal for those with sensitive skin. It helps to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and improve skin texture, leaving your skin looking brighter and more even.

HOW TO USE?

Apply the product with a fan brush avoiding the eye contours. Leave-on for 5 minutes and remove with humid cotton pads.

ABOUT FORMULATION:

Experience an efficient and gentle peeling with a unique gel texture, buffered with sodium lactate. Our peeling solution does not contain any chemical thickening agents or harmful buffers, such as ammonia.

Formulated with only PHA, our peeling solution does not require neutralization. This is because the high molecular weight acid molecules do not penetrate beyond the first layers of the epidermis. As a result, the peeling solution provides a safe and gentle exfoliation, without causing any irritation.
